Booking Information
Booking Procedures  
  • Bookings can only be taken for parties of 10 or more people for shows that take place before 7:30 pm.
  • Please email / telephone for confirmation of availability of the date and time for which you would like to make a booking.

  • Once confirmation of availability has been received, please complete the Booking Form indicating your requirements and send to "Timewalk", St. Chad's Church, Greengate Street, Stafford  ST16 2HP along with a deposit of £10.  A receipt with confirmation of your booking will be sent to you as soon as possible.
  • Confirmation of numbers attending the show, along with the remainder of the payment will be required 10 days before the performance.
  • For those wishing to book meals at the Swan Hotel, a copy of the menu will be available closer to the event.
  • Please note that cancellations for tea/meals at the Swan Hotel need to be made at least a week before the date.  Regrettably, cancellations after the confirmation date will incur the full charge for the booking.
  • Special concessions are available to holders of a 'Enjoy Staffordshire' card.  To learn how to obtain your free card please visit www.enjoystaffordshire.co.uk/Enjoycard.asp
